How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Processing time at our warehouse is usually 1-2 business days before the carrier picks up your package.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that clearance items and intimate apparel are final sale.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page features a specific size guide. Since we curate pieces from various designers, we also include 'Fit Notes' in the description to tell you if an item runs small, large, or true to size.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Alexander Jane Boutique ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment payments through Afterpay.
How can I track my order?
